Abstract

Syifa’ Ma’ruf 5220042 Desember 2023. “Penanaman Kecerdasan Emosional Pada Siswa Kelas Tahfidz Al-Qur’an SMP Muhammadiyah Pekajangan-Pekalongan”. Tesis Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Pascasarjana UIN KH. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan. Dosen Pembimbing: Makrum, Prof. Dr. H., M.Ag dan Salafudin, Dr. H., M.Si. Kecerdasan intelektual hanya mengembangkan 20% terhadap kemungkinan kesuksesan hidup, sementara 80% lainnya diisi oleh kekuatan-kekuatan lain. Kemampuan seseorang untuk menerima, menilai, mengelola, serta mengontrol emosi dirinya dan orang lain disekitarnya. Al-Hafizh As-Suyuti berkata “pengajaran al-Qur’an adalah dasar dari prinsip - prinsip Islam, anak-anak tumbuh di atas fitrahnya dan cahaya - cahaya hikmah yang masuk ke dalam kalbu mereka sebelum dikuasai oleh hawa nafsu dan cahaya hitamnya yang dilekati kotoran - kotoran maksiat dan kesesatan”. Preliminary yang ditemukan kesulitan menghafalkan ayat-ayat tertentu dan keterlambatan kemudian tingkat kecerdasan siswa juga berpengaruh dalam menghafalkan al-Qur’an. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, maka peneliti merumuskan masalah sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimana penanaman kecerdasan emosional pada siswa kelas tahfidz al-Qur’an SMP Muhammadiyah Pekajangan-Pekalongan?. (2) Apa implikasi dari penanaman kecerdasan emosional pada kelas tahfidz al-Qur’an SMP Muhammadiyah Pekajangan-Pekalongan? Tujuan penelitian ini (1) Menganalisis penanaman kecerdasan emosional pada siswa kelas tahfidz al-Qur’an SMP Muhammadiyah Pekajangan-Pekalongan. (2) Menganalisis implikasi dari penanaman kecerdasan emosional pada kelas tahfidz al-Qur’an SMP Muhammadiyah PekajanganPekalongan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Metode pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan keabsahan data. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu : reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Menganalisi, mengeksplanasi, mengeksplorasi dan mendeskripsikan penanaman kecerdasan emosional kelas tahfidz al-Qur’an SMP Muhammadiyah Pekajangan-Pekalongan Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Kecerdasan emosional pada siswa kelas tahfidz al-Qur’an SMP Muhammadiyah Pekajangan-Pekalongan adalah (1). Penanamkan pada siswa meliputi kesadaran diri, pengendalian diri, motivasi diri, empati, melaksanakan instruksi dan keterampilan sosial dalam menunjang keberhasilan belajar peserta didik. Keberhasilan proses belajar siswa itu sangat diperlukan sebab, kecerdasan intelektual tidak mampu tanpa dukungan penghayatan emosional dan mengembangkan hubungan kekeluargaan yang harmonis serta dapat mengurangi agresifitas, khususnya dalam kalangan remaja yang tergolong dalam faktor situasi. Faktor lingkungan ini dibagi dua bagian, yaitu lingkungan fisik dan lingkungan sosial (2) Implikasinya kecerdasan emosional berupa responsif, sopan, pemikiran terbuka, percaya diri dan bekerja sama. xiii ABSTRAK Syifa' Ma'ruf 5220042. Emotional Quotion only develops 20% of the possibility of life success, while the other 80% is filled by other forces. A person's ability to accept, assess, manage, and control the emotions of theirself and others around them. Al-Hafizh As-Suyuti said "the teaching of the Qur'an is the basis of the principles of Islam, children grow on their fitrah and the lights of wisdom that enters their hearts before being controlled by lust and its black light which is attached by sin and misguidance". Praliminary found difficulty memorizing certain verses and delays then the level of student intelligence also affects memorizing the Qur'an. Based on the description above, the researcher formulates the problem as follows: (1) How is the cultivation of emotional intelligence in students of the tahfidz al-Qur'an class of Muhammadiyah Junior High School of Pekajangan-Pekalongan? (2) What are the implications of cultivating emotional intelligence in the tahfidz alQur'an class of Muhammadiyah Junior High School of Pekajangan-Pekalongan? The purpose of this study (1) To analyze the cultivation of emotional intelligence in students of tahfidz al-Qur'an class of Muhammadiyah Junior High School of Pekajangan-Pekalongan (2) To analyze the implications of the cultivation of emotional intelligence in the tahfidz al-Qur'an class of Muhammadiyah Junior High School of Pekajangan-Pekalongan. The research used a qualitative approach with the type of field research. Data collection methods are interview, observation, documentation and data validity. The data analysis used are: data reduction, data presentation and verification. Analyzing, explaining, exploring and describing the cultivation of emotional intelligence in the tahfidz al-Qur'an class at Muhammadiyah Junior High School of Pekajangan-Pekalongan. Based on the results of the research, emotional intelligence in students of tahfidz al-Qur'an class at Muhammadiyah Junior High School of PekajanganPekalongan are (1) Instilling in students includes self-awareness, self-control, self-motivation, empathy, carrying out instructions and social skills in supporting student learning success. The success of the student learning process is very necessary because intellectual intelligence is not capable without the support of emotional appreciation and develops harmonious family relationships and can reduce aggressiveness, especially among adolescents who are classified as situational factors. Environmental factors are divided into two parts, namely the physical environment and social environment. (2) The implications of emotional intelligence are responsive, polite, open-minded, confident and cooperative.
