Abstract

Regulasi diri (Self Regulation) pada diri seseorang akan dapat ditunjukkan lewat bagaimana ia bertindak baik terhadap, diri sendiri, orang lain, maupun dalam ketaatan beragama. Maka kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasan emosional diindikasi mempunyai pengaruh dalamkaitannya membangun regulasi diri individu. Kemudian, peneliti mecoba menarik masalah regulasi diri ke siswa SMA N 2 Pekalongan,yang mana masa SMA merupakan usia peralihan menuju masa dewasa, sehingga regulasi diri siswa SMA masih terbentuk, dan diindikasi SQ dan EQ siswa SMA N 2 Pekalongan turut mempengaruhi pembentukan regulasi diri siswa. Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah Apakah SQ (Spiritual Quotient) berpengaruh terhadap self regulation siswa SMA N 2 Pekalongan secara parsial? Apakah EQ (Emotional Quotient) berpengaruh terhadap self regulation siswa SMA N 2 Pekalongan secara parsial? Apakah SQ (Spiritual Quotient) dan EQ (Emotional Quotient) berpengaruh terhadap self regulation siswa SMA N 2 Pekalongan secara simultan? Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk menganalisis SQ (Spiritual Quotient) berpengaruh terhadap Self Regulation siswa SMA Negeri 2 Pekalongan secara parsial. Untuk menganalisis EQ (Emotional Quotient) berpengaruh terhadap Self Regulation siswa SMA Negeri 2 Pekalongan secara parsial. Untuk menganalisis SQ (Spiritual Quotient) dan EQ (Emotional Quotient) berpengaruh terhadapSelf Regulation siswa SMA Negeri 2 Pekalongan secara simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SQ (Spiritual Quotient) dan EQ (Emotional Quotient) turut mempengaruhi pengaturan diri (Self Regulation) pada individu baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil analisis Pengaruh pengaruh Spiritual Quotient (SQ) terhadap Self Regulation Siswa SMA Negeri 2 Pekalongan menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan. Dimana thitung sebesar 2,742 sedangkan ttabel sebesar 2,00324 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Maka thitung (2,742) > ttabel (2,00324) sehingga Ho ditolak, Hα diterima.. Hasil analisis Pengaruh pengaruh Emotional Quotient (EQ) terhadap Self Regulation Siswa SMA Negeri 2 Pekalongan menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan. Dimana thitung sebesar 8,555, sedangkan ttabel sebesar 0,00044 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Maka thitung (8,555) > ttabel (2,00324) sehingga Ho ditolak, Hα diterima. Kemudian, Hasil analisis pengaruh pengaruh Spiritual Quotient (SQ) dan Emotional Quotient (EQ) terhadap Self Regulation siswa SMA Negeri 2 Pekalongan menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengaruh Spiritual Quotient (SQ) dan Emotional Quotient (EQ) terhadap Self Regulation siswa SMA Negeri 2 Pekalongan. Dimana Fhitung ialah 41.096, sedangkan Ftabel ialah 3,16. Pada tingkat signifikan 5% nilai Fhitung 41.096 > Ftabel 3,16 sehingga Ho ditolak, Hα diterima. Self regulation (Self Regulation) in a person will be shown through how he acts both towards himself, others, and in religious obedience. Then spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence are indicated to have an influence in relation to building individual self regulation. Then, the researchers tried to attract self-regulation problems to SMA N 2 Pekalongan students, where high school age was a transition age to adulthood, so high school student self-regulation was still formed, and indicated SQ and EQ of SMA N 2 Pekalongan students also influenced the formation of student self-regulation. The formulation of the problem from this study is whether SQ (Spiritual Quotient) has an effect on the self regulation of the students of SMA N 2 Pekalongan? Does EQ (Emotional Quotient) influence the self regulation of the students of SMA N 2 Pekalongan? Does SQ (Spiritual Quotient) and EQ (Emotional Quotient) influence the self regulation of the students of SMA N 2 Pekalongan simultaneously? The purpose of this study is to analyze the SQ (Spiritual Quotient) effect on the Self Regulation of the students of SMA N 2 Pekalongan. To analyze EQ (Emotional Quotient), it affects the Self Regulation of the students of SMA N 2 Pekalongan. To analyze SQ (Spiritual Quotient) and EQ (Emotional Quotient) affect the Self Regulation of the students of SMA N 2 Pekalongan simultaneously. The results showed that SQ (Spiritual Quotient) and EQ (Emotional Quotient) also influence self-regulation in individuals partially or simultaneously. The results of the analysis of the effect of Spiritual Quotient (SQ) on Self Regulations of the students of SMA N 2 Pekalongan showed a significant influence. Where thitung is 2,742 while t table is 2,00324 at the significance level of 5%. Then tcount (2,742)> ttable (2,00324) so that Ho is rejected, Hα is accepted. The results of the analysis The effect of the effect of Emotional Quotient (EQ) on Self Regulations of the students of SMA N 2 Pekalongan shows a significant influence. Where t count is 8.555, while t table is 2,00324 at the significance level of 5%. Then t count (8.555)> ttable (2,00324) so that Ho is rejected, Hα is accepted. Then, the results of the analysis of the influence of the Spiritual Quotient (SQ) and Emotional Quotient (EQ) on Self Regulation of the students of SMA N 2 Pekalongan showed a significant influence between the influence of Spiritual Quotient (SQ) and Emotional Quotient (EQ) on Self Regulation of the students of SMA N 2 Pekalongan. Where Fcount is 41,096, while Ftable is 3,16 . At a significant level of 5% the value of F count is 41,096> Ftable 3,16. so that Ho is rejected, Hα is accepted.
