Rosyada, M.M Based on Law No. 21 of 2008 concerning Sharia Banking, Islamic banks are banks that carry out business activities based on sharia principles or Islamic law principles, Banking is an institution that carries out three main functions, namely receiving money deposits, lending money, and providing money transfer services, BTPN Syariah is a subsidiary of BTPN, with 70% share ownership and is the 12th Islamic bank in Indonesia, Good Corporate Governance or often abbreviated as GCG is a practice of managing the company in a trustful and prudential manner by considering the balance of fulfilling the interests of all stakeholders, Leverage is the level of the company's ability to use assets or capital that have fixed costs (debt or shares) in order to realize the company's goals to maximize the value of the company concerned, Liquidity is very important because it involves creditor's trust in the company in terms of ... This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance, leverage and liquidity on the profitability of PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk (BTPN) for the 2014-2022 period. This study used the type of explanatiory research. The approach used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive analysis methodology, Profitability is a company's ability to realize a profit for the company or is a measurement of the effectiveness of company management in managing its management. The source of data used in this study is the quarterly financial statements for 2014-2022 available on the official website of PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk., the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the Financial Services Authority. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that Good Corporate Governance has a significant effect and has a positive relationship with the profitability of BTPN Syariah, Leverage has a significant effect and has a negative relationship with the profitability of BTPN Syariah and liquidity does not have a significant effect and has a positive relationship with the profitability of BTPN Syariah, and based on the results of test F shows that Good Corporate Governance, Leverage, Liquidity affects profitability together.
