Abstract

Pendidikan entrepreneurship merupakan salahsatu bentuk aplikasi kepedulian dunia pendidikan terhadap kemajuan bangsanya. Di dalam pendidikan entrepreneurship mempelajari tentang nilai, kemampuan (ability) dan perilaku seseorang dalam menghadapi tantangan hidup untuk memperoleh peluang dan berbagai resiko yang mungkin dihadapinya.Tapi dalam pelaksanaany apendidikan entrepeneurship di satuan pendidikan selama ni baru menyentuh pada tingkatan pengenalan norma atau nilai-nilai, dan belum pada tingkatan inernalisasi dan tindakan nyata dalam kehidupan sehari-hari/ rumusan masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini yaitu Apa urgensi pendidikan entrepreneurship bagi santri Pondok Pesantren Ky Mojo Gede? Nilai-nilai apa saja yang diajarkan di Pondok PesantrenKy Mojo Gede? Dan Bagaimana implementasi pendidikan entrepreneurship di pondokpesantraenKy Mojo Gede? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi dengan jenis penelitian studi lapangan (field research) metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dekomumentasi . uji keabsahan data mengunakan metode triangulasi, sedangkan teknik analis data dengan cara proses pengumpulan data menurut miles danhumberman. Urgensi pendidikan entrpreneurship bagi pondok pesantren Ky Mojo Gede merupakan salah satu upaya pondok pesantren memberikan pengetahuan dan skill entrepreneurship kepada santri agar bias menjadi santri yang mandiri dan bermanfaat ditengah-tengah masyarakat. Metode pembelajaran pendidikan entrepreneurship yang digunakan cukup sederhana yaitu menggunakan metode diskusi, yang dipimpin langsung oleh pengasuhnya dan diikuti para santrinya. Setelah itu melakukan bimbingan kepada santri yang mempunyai pengalaman, kemudian santri langsung terjun dilapangan atau praktek menjalankan usaha. Sedangkan Pelaksanaan pendidikan entrepreneurship di desaign untuk mengetahui (to know), melakukan (to do), dan menjadi (to be) entrepreneur. Makna pendidikan entrepreneurship di Pondok pesantren Ky mojo gede yang di bangun bukan hanya untuk mencari keuntungan dari jenis usaha yang dikembangkan. Tapi lebih kepada menajalin hubungan kepada sang pencipta dan menjalin hubungan antar manusia, hal ini dibuktikan dengan praktek usahanya yang menitik beratkan pada do’a dan ikhtiar, dan ada nilai yang positif yang diajarkan kepada para santri. Nilai itu akan menjadi bekal dan pedoman para santri untuk mengambil sikap atau keputusan yang baik serta nantinya bisa diterapkan ketika hidup ditengah-tengah masyarakat Nilai tersebut yaitui khlas, mencintai, berbakti kepada orang tua, mandiri, silaturrahim, dan keinginan yang kuat serta fokus. Nilai-nilai tersebut menjadi esensi pendidikan entrepreneurship itu sendiri. Entrepreneurship education is one form of application for the care of the world of education towards the progress of its people. In entrepreneurship education learn about the values, abilities and behavior of a person in facing life's challenges to obtain opportunities and various risks that may be faced. But in implementing education entrepreneurship in education units has only touched the level of introduction of norms or values, and not yet at the level of internalization and concrete actions in daily life / problem formulation raised in this study, namely What is the urgency of entrepreneurship education for students of the Ky Mojo Gede Islamic Boarding School? What values are taught at Ky Mojo Gede Islamic Boarding School? And what is the implementation of entrepreneurship education in the pesantren of Ky Mojo Gede? This study uses a phenomenological approach with a type of field research method of data collection methods using interviews, observation, and documentation. test the validity of the data using the triangulation method, while the data analyst techniques by the process of collecting data according to miles and humberman. The urgency of entrepreneurship education for Ky Mojo Gede Islamic boarding school is one of the efforts of Islamic boarding schools to provide knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship to santri which can become independent and useful students in the midst of society. The learning method of entrepreneurship education is quite simple: using discussion methods, led directly by the caregivers and followed by the students. After that, guidance is given to students who have experience, then the students directly dive in the field or practice running a business. While the implementation of entrepreneurship education in desaign is to know, do (to do), and become (to be) an entrepreneur. It means entrepreneurship education in the big Mojo Islamic Boarding School that was built not only to seek profit from the type of business being developed. But more to establish relations with the creator and establish relationships between humans, this is evidenced by the practice of his business which focuses on prayer 'and effort, and there are positive values that are taught to the santri. That value will be the provision and guideline of the santri to take good attitudes or decisions and later can be applied when living in the midst of the community. The values are sincere, loving, devoted to parents, independent, sincere, and a strong and focused desire. These values become the essence of Entrepreneurship education itself.
