Abstract

Mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak merupakan mata pelajaran untuk membantu pengembangan iman, takwa dan akhlak peserta didik sesuai dengan kebutuhan, potensi, bakat, dan minat mereka melalui kegiatan yang secara khusus diselenggarakan oleh pendidik dan atau tenaga kependidikan yang berkemampuan dan rasa tanggung jawab sosial, serta potensi dan prestasi peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman mengenai materi aqidah akhlak sangat ditekankan dalam pembelajaran aqidah akhlak, sehingga peserta didik mampu mengaplikasikan ke dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dalam tesis ini, penulis ingin mencari pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap pemahaman materi aqidah akhlak, pengaruh pemahaman materi aqidah akhlak terhadap perilaku keagamaan, serta pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap perilaku keagamaan melalui pemahaman materi aqidah akhlak siswa kelas VIII MTs Negeri 2 Pekalongan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Research) karena penulis akan meneliti pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap perilaku keagamaan melalui pemahaman materi aqidah akhlak siswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik path analysis. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, penulis mendapatkan hasil bahwa motivasi belajar berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pemahaman materi aqidah akhlak siswa kelas VIII MTs Negeri 2 Pekalongan sebesar 84,0% dan 16,0% merupakan pengaruh dari variabel lain di luar variabel motivasi belajar. Yang ke dua, pemahaman materi aqidah akhlak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku keagamaan siswa kelas VIII MTs Negeri 2 Pekalongan sebesar 12,6% dan sisanya 87,4% merupakan pengaruh dari variabel lain di luar variabel pemahaman materi aqidah akhlak. Dan yang ke tiga, pengaruh tidak langsung motivasi belajar (X) terhadap perilaku keagamaan (Y) melalui pemahaman materi aqidah akhlak (Z) sebesar 0,773x 0,463= 0,358= 35,8%. Moral value Subject was a subject to help strengthen students’ faith, piety and morality based on their needs, potentials, talents, and interests through specific activities held by teachers and or education staffs that were well qualified and socially responsible, as well as students’ potentials and achievements. Therefore, understanding of moral value material was really emphasized in moral value learning so that the students could apply it in every day’s life. In this thesis, the writer wanted to find the effects of learning motivations on the understanding of moral value material, the effects of moral value material understanding on religious behaviors, as well as the effects of learning motivation on religious behaviors through students’ understanding of moral value material at MTs Negeri 2 Pekalongan grade VIII. This study used field research because the writer studied the effects of learning motivations on religious behaviors through students’ understanding of moral value material.The approach used in this study was quantitative. Data analysis used in this study was a path technique. Based on the study conducted by the writer, she found that learning motivations had a significant effect on students’ understanding of moral value material at MTs Negeri 2 Pekalongan grade VIII as much as 84.0% and 16.0% was the effect from other variables excluding learning motivation variables. The second, the understanding of moral value material had a significant effect on students’ religious behaviors grade VIII MTs Negeri 2 Pekalongan as much as 12.6% and the rest 87.4% was the effect from other variables excluding variables of moral value material understanding. And the third, indirect effect of learning motivation (X) on religious behaviors (Y) through the understanding of moral value material (Z) was as much as 0.773 x 0.463 = 0.358 = 35.8%.
