Abstract
Untuk menjadi agen perubahan yang kredibel, sebagai lembaga pendidikan, Madrasah memerlukan profil pendidik yang memiliki kualifikasi dan kompetensi yang terstandar. Diantara kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh pendidik atau guru yaitu kompetensi pedagogik. Dengan kemampuan pedagogik yang memadai diharapkan proses pembelajaran, baik di dalam maupun di luar kelas diharapkan lebin efektif. Guru tidak hanya mampu transfer materi pelajaran, tetapi juga mampu transfer nilai dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, diantaranya nilai religius. Upaya untuk menjadikan niai-nilai religius dapat terinternalisasikan kepada siswa diperlukan upaya mewujudkan budaya religius siswa, baik di dalam kelas maupun di luar kelas. Sehingga kompetensi pedagogik guru diharapkan berpengaruh terhadap upaya mewujudkan budaya religius siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kompetensi pedagogik guru dan upaya mewujudkan budaya religius siswa di MTs. Al Mu’awanah Petarukan Pemalang, serta pengaruh dari kompetensi pedagogik tersebut terhadap upaya mewujudkan budaya religius siswa. Sehingga manfaat dari penelitian ini ialah memberikan sumbangan dan pemikiran kepada sekolah, terutama kepada kepala sekolah tentang kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam upaya mewujudkan budaya religius siswa di MTs. Al Mu’awanah, dan sebagai hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai masukan bagi guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dan upaya mewujudlan budaya religius siswa MTs. Al Mu’awanah Petarukan Pemalang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode angket, yang ditujukan kepada seluruh guru MTs. Al Mu’wanah Petarkan Pemalang, sejumlah 34 guru. Angket yang digunakan dimaksudkan untuk mengungkap kompetensi pedagogik guru dan upaya mewujudkan budaya religius siswa di MTs. Al Mu’awanah Petarukan Pemalang. Analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisisuji regresi linier yang mencakup pola hubungan atau pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap upaya mewujudkan budaya religius siswa MTs. Al Mu’awanah Petarukan Pemalang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadaan pedagogik guru digolongkan tinggi, adapun keadaan upaya mewujudkan budaya religius siswa sangat tinggi. Dan berdasarkan hasil uji regresi yang telah dilakukan, kompetensi pedagogik guru memiliki pengaruh terhadap upaya mewujudkan budaya religius siswa di MTs Al Mu’awanah Petarukan Pemalang. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai F sebesar 32. 030 Signifikansi, 0,000. Dengan demikian, adanya upaya mewujudkan budaya religius siswa yang baik memudahkan para guru dalam memaksimalkan kompetensi pedagogik yang dikuasainya. Dan penguasaan kompetensi pedagogik yang baik mengakibatkan ketercapaian upaya mewujudkan budaya religius siswa sesuai dengan harapan. To be a credible change agent, as an educational institution, Madrasas need profiles of educator swho have standardized qualifications and competencies. Among the competencies that must be possessed by educators or teachers is pedagogic competence. With adequate pedagogical skills, it is expected that the learning process, both inside and outside the classroom, is expected to be more effective. Teachers are not only able to transfer subject matter, but are also able to transfer values in carry ing out the learning process, including religious values. Efforts to make religious values internalized to students are needed to realize the religious culture of students, both in the classroom and out side the classroom. So that pedagogical competence of teachers is expected to influence the efforts to realize the religious culture of students. This study aims to explain the pedagogical competence of teachers and efforts to realize the religious culture of students in MTs. Al Mu'awanah Petarukan Pemalang, as well as the influence of the pedagogic competence on efforts to realize the religious culture of students. So the benefit of this research is to give contributions and thoughts to schools, especially to the school principal about teacher pedagogical competencies in an effort to realize the religious culture of students in MTs. Al Mu'awanah, and as a result of this study canbeused as input for teachers in improving teacher pedagogical competencies and efforts to realize the religious culture of MTs students. Al Mu’awanah Petarukan Pemalang. This study uses a quantitative approach, data collection is done using the questionnaire method, which is intended for all MTs teachers. Al Mu'wanah Express Pemalang, a number of 34 teachers. The questionnaire used was intended to uncover the pedagogical competence of teachers and efforts to realize the religious culture of students in MTs. Al Mu’awanah Petarukan Pemalang. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of linear regression tests which include patterns of relationships or the influence of teacher pedagogical competencies on efforts to realize the religious cultureof MTs students. Al Mu’awanah Petarukan Pemalang. The results oft he study show that the pedagogical state of the teacher is classified as high, as for the state of efforts to realize the religious culture of students is very high. And based on the results of the regression tests that have been conducted, the pedagogical competence of the teacher has an influence on efforts to realize the religious culture of students at MTs Al Mu’awanah Petarukan Pemalang. This is indicated by the F valueof 32. 030 Significance, 0,000. Thus, the effort to realize a good religious culture of students makes it easier for teachers to maximize the pedagogical competencies they master. And mastery of good pedagogical competence results in the achievement of efforts to realize the religious culture of students in accordance with expectations.
