Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam adalah salah satu mata Pelajaran penting yang harus dipelajari oleh setiap peserta didik, tak terkecuali Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK). Pendidikan Agama Islam akan diimplementasikan dengan baik apabila dikelola dengan baik dari tahap perencanaan sampai evaluasi. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah: Untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen kurikulum PAI yang mencakup perencanaan (planning), pengorganisasian (organizing), pelaksanaan (actuating) dan pengawasan atau evaluasi (controlling) dan menganalisis kendala apa saja yang ditemukan serta solusi apa saja yang bisa ditempuh untuk meningkatkan implementasi manajemen kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) pada Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) di Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri (SLBN) Batang. Penelitian ini, menggunakan desain deskriptif kualitatif, dimana dilakukan pengamatan objek secara mendalam dengan cara mencari data tentang objek yang diteliti dan menganalisis data yang sudah didapatkan kemuda=ian mejabarkan atau mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pada tahap perencanaan dilakukan beberapa kegiatan seperti menyusun tim pengembang kurikulum, kalender pendidikan, dan perangkat pembelajaran, pada tahap pengorganisasian terdapat kegiatan penyusunan struktur organisasi sekolah, modifikasi dan penyederhanaan muatan pembelajaran, dan pembagian tugas mengajar, pada tahap pelaksanaan terdapat kegiatan melaksanakan Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (KBM) dan pembiasaan, dan pada tahap pengawasan atau evaluasi dilakukan penilaian hasil belajar peserta didik dan supervisi guru, (2) terdapat beberapa kendala yang ditemukan dalam implementasi manajemen kurikulum PAI di SLBN Batang seperti kurangnya tenaga pengajar yang memiliki latar belakang Pendidikan Luar Biasa (PLB), kurikulum yang digunakan masih general, belum khusus untuk Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK), dan pengelolaan kelas belum sesuai ketunaan yang spesifik, (3) solusi yang dilakukan oleh SLBN Batang dalam meningkatkan implementasi manajemen kurikulum PAI diantaranya dengan melaksanakan rapat kerja guru secara berkala, pemetaan kebutuhan peserta didik berdasarkan ketunaan, dan koordinasi dengan dinas terkait kebutuhan guru PLB maupun pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana.   ABSTRACT Tuflikhah, NIM. 50222004. 2024. Islamic Religious Education is one of the important subjects that must be studied by every student, including Children with Special Needs (ABK). Islamic Education will be implemented well if it is managed well from the planning to evaluation stages. The aim of this research is: To analyze the implementation of Islamic Education (PAI) curriculum management which includes planning, organizing, actuating and controlling and analyzing what obstacles are found and what solutions can be taken to improve implementation of Islamic Education (PAI) curriculum management for Children with Special Needs (ABK) at the Batang State Special School (SLBN). This research uses a qualitative descriptive design, where in-depth observations of objects are carried out by searching for data about the object being studied and analyzing the data that has been obtained then describing the research results. The results of the research show that (1) at the planning stage, several activities were carried out such as compiling a curriculum development team, educational calendar, and learning tools, at the organizing stage there were activities for preparing the school organizational structure, modifying and simplifying learning content, and dividing teaching tasks, at the actuating stage there are activities to carry out Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) and familiarization, and at the controlling stage, student learning outcomes and teacher supervision are assessed, (2) there are several obstacles found in the implementation of Islamic Education (PAI) curriculum management at Batang State Special School (SLBN), such as the lack of teaching staff who have Special Education (PLB) background, the curriculum used is still general, not specifically for Children with Special Needs (ABK), and class management is not yet appropriate to specific disabilities, (3) solutions implemented by Batang State Special School (SLBN) in improving the implementation of Islamic Education (PAI) curriculum management include by holding regular teacher work meetings, mapping student needs based on disabilities, and coordinating with agencies regarding the needs of special education teachers and the fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure.
