Abstract

Khana Syahrani, Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, dan Solvabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Kasus Perbankan Syariah Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2021-2024). Persaingan bisnis membuat para pengusaha bersaing untuk menunjukkan kelayakannya supaya menarik perhatian para investor untuk menanamkan modalnya. Para investor akan menanamkan modalnya dengan memilih perusahaan yang memiliki nilai perusahan baik. Nilai perusahan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh tinggi rendahnya harga saham yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja keuangan seperti profitabilitas, likuiditas dan solvabilitas. Investor dalam melakukan investasi tentu akan mengharapkan keuntungan dari jual beli sahamnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adlah untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas dan solvabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif menggunaakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan triwulan perusahaan perbankan syariah yang terdaftar di BEI. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikn terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara parsial likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Solvabilitas secara parsial berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas, likuiditas dan solvabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Solvabilitas dan Nilai Perusahaan   ABSTRACT Khana Syahrani, The Influence of Profitability, Liquidity and Solvency on Firm Value (Case Study of Islamic Banking Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021-2024 Period) Analysis of the relationship between liquidity, capital, problem financing, and profitability in Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia, especially PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk from 2014 to 2023, is the core of this study. Bank Muamalat, as the pioneer of the first Islamic bank in Indonesia, has gone through various challenging phases, starting from the bankruptcy issue in 2015 to the COVID-19 pandemic crisis in 2020. This condition highlights the urgency of maintaining a balance between capital, liquidity, and profitability in order to achieve effective and competitive bank performance in the market. Business competition makes entrepreneurs compete to show their worthiness so as to attract investors to invest their capital. Investors will invest their capital by choosing companies that have good research value. The value of the company is influenced by the high and low share prices which can be influenced by financial performance such as profitability, liquidity and solvency. Investors in making investments will certainly expect profits from buying and selling their shares. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity and solvency on company value. This study is a type of quantitative research using secondary data sourced from quarterly reports of Islamic banking companies listed on the IDX. The sampling technique uses the saturated sample method. This study uses multiple linear regression data analysis methods with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of the study indicate that profitability has a positive and The results of the study show that partially profitability has a positive and significant effect on company value. Partially liquidity does not affect company value. Solvency partially has a negative effect on company value. Simultaneous testing shows that profitability, liquidity and solvency affect company value. Keywords: Profitability, Liquidity, Solvency and Company Value.
