Abstract
ABSTRACT DEDE MASRUKHIN. The Role of Financing Murabahah Financing at KSPPS Nusa Berlian in Improving the Welfare of UMKM Actors.UMKM in Kec. The Kajen has difficulties in obtaining access to capital, so that it can affect the existence of obstacles in welfare. KSPPS (Shariah Savings and Loans Cooperative) Nusa Berlian is a financial institution that is not included in the banking group, its activities include providing capital to economic actors to improve the quality of their business which has an impact on their welfare. The purpose of this study is to describe the Role and Implementation of Murabahah Financing at KSPPS Nusa Berlian in Improving the Welfare of UMKM Actors. This research is a field study with qualitative methods. The data collection technique used was observation at KSPPS Nusa Berlian and at the UMKM actors in Kajen District, interviews with several sources from UMKM actors, and KSPPS Nusa Berlian and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data triangulation. The results of his research are that KSPPS Nusa Berlian provides a role through Murabahah financing to assist UMKM actors in improving their welfare. In an effort to minimize losses KSPPS Nusa Berlian applies regulations in determining whether or not business actors are eligible to receive financing or not, namely by accepting recommendations from every NU board in Kajen District and the 5C principle. Submission of Murabahah financing at KSPPS Nusa Berlian, namely UMKM actors who will apply for financing must fill out the form provided by KSPPS Nusa Berlian, and must attach the required documents for applying for murabahah financing.
