NIM. 5219027. 2023. “Implementasi Pembiasaan Membaca Asmaul Husna dalam Membina Emotional Quotient dan Spiritual Quotient Siswa Kelas XI di SMK Islam Al Khoiriyah Petarukan”.Tesis Pascasarjana Magister Pendidikan Agama Islam UIN K.H Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan.Dosen Pembimbing: Dr. Slamet Untung, M. Ag dan Prof. Dr.Hj. Susminingsih, M.Ag Kenakalan remaja di kalangan pelajar kini tidak bisa terelakkanlagi, bahkan tidak jarang sampai melanggar norma agama. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa mengalami krisis kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual yang mengakibatkan tingkat emosi kurang stabil, hati tidak tenang, sehingga rentan terhadap perilaku yang tidak baik. Demikian halnya di SMK Islam Al Khoiriyah Petarukan juga tidak bisa dilepaskan dari adanya permasalahan tersebut. Inilah yang mendasari adanya kegiatan pembiasaan membaca Asmaul Husna di SMK Islam Al Khoiriyah untuk membina kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pembiasaan membaca Asmaul Husna dalam membina emotional quotient dan spiritual quotient siswa. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, Guru PAI, Guru BK dan siswa kelas XI SMK Islam Al Khoiriyah serta observasi dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data tentang implementasi pembiasaan membaca Asmaul Husna dalam membina emotional quotient dan spiritual quotient siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif dan triangulasi data, yaitu data-data tentang implementasi pembiasaan membaca Asmaul Husna dalam membina kecerdasan emosional dan spiritual siswa yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dilakukan seleksi, koding dan penafsiran agar memiliki makna dan dilakukan verifikasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa kesimpulan yaitu, (1)pembiasaan membaca Asmaul Husna dalam membina emotional quotient dan spiritual quotient siswa penting dilakukan sebab adanya perilaku siswa yang kurang baik, seperti tidak disiplin, membolos bahkan ada kasus pemalakan dan sebagai bentuk implementasi.Undang-undangSisdiknas dan kebijakan pemerintah.(2) Pembiasaan membaca Asmaul Husna dalam membina emotional quotient dan spiritual quotient siswa dilakukan setiap hari sebelum dimulai pelajaran jam pertama, yaitu pada pukul 07.00-07.30 WIB yang diikuti seluruh siswa. Implikasi dari kegiatan tersebut diantaranya, siswa lebih siap mengikuti pembelajaran, siswa memiliki sikap empati yang bagus, siswa memiliki ketenangan batin dan mampu mengelola emosi, dan siswa memiliki motivasi diri yang kuat. Juvenile delinquency among students is now unavoidable, not infrequently it even violates religious norms. This shows that students are experiencing a crisis of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence which results in unstable emotional levels, unsettled hearts, so that they are prone to bad behavior. Likewise, Al Khoiriyah Islamic Vocational High School Petarukan can’t be separated from these problems. This is what underlies the habituation of reading Asmaul Husna at Al Khoiriyah Islamic Vocational School to foster students' emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence. This ani aims to analyze the implementation of the habit of reading Asmaul Husna in fostering students' emotional quotient and spiritual quotient . This research is a type of field research with a qualitative-descriptive approach. The data of this research were obtained from interviews with school principals, PAI teachers, guidance counselors and class XI students of Al Khoiriyah Islamic Vocational Schools as well as observations and documentation to collect data about the implementation of the habit of reading Asmaul Husna in fostering students' emotional quotient and spiritual quotient . This study uses qualitative data analysis and data triangulation,namely data on the implementation of the habit of reading Asmaul Husna in fostering students' emotional and spiritual intelligence which has been collected then carried out selection, coding and interpretation so that it has meaning and is verified. This study resulted in several conclusions, namely, (1) the habit of reading Asmaul Husna in fostering students' emotional quotient and spiritual quotient is important because there is poor student behavior, such as being undisciplined, truant and even there are cases of bullying and as a form of implementation of the National Education System Law and government policies. (2) The habit of reading Asmaul Husna in fostering students' emotional quotient and spiritual quotient is carried out every day before starting the first hour of lessons, namely at 07.00-07.30 WIB which is followed by all students. The implications of these activities include, students are more prepared to take part in learning, students have good empathy, students have inner peace and are able to manage emotions, and students have strong self-motivation
