Abstract

ABSTRAK FARAH MAHDIAH. Pengaruh Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence dan Facilitating Condition Dalam Menggunakan QRIS Sebagai Digital Payment Terhadap Behavioral Intention Pada Pengguna BSI Mobile Banking Di Kota Pekalongan. Perkembangan teknologi yang ada saat ini diiringi dengan pertumbuhan teknologi finansial (financial technology) yang ada, kian memudahkan masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya. Munculnya berbagai inovasi dalam bidang fintech ini mendorong berkembangnya berbagai metode pembayaran, salah satunya yaitu Quick Respons Indonesian Standart (QRIS) sebagai gerbang integrasi metode pembayaran QR oleh Bank Indonesia. Dalam menggunakan QRIS, saat seseorang merasakan manfaat dan kemudahannya, maka akan menimbulkan kecenderungan untuk menggunakan baik di masa sekarang maupun di masa yang akan datang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence dan facilitating condition terhadap behavioral intention pengguna QRIS pada BSI Mobile di Kota Pekalongan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode angket (kuesioner). Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengguna BSI Mobile di Kota Pekalongan dengan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data deskriptif, uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik dan uji regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 23. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa performance expectancy, effort expectancy dan social influence tidak berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention pengguna QRIS pada BSI Mobile di Kota Pekalongan. Sedangkan facilitating condition berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention pengguna QRIS pada BSI Mobile di Kota Pekalongan. Kemudian secara simultan performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence dan facilitating condition berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention pengguna QRIS pada BSI Mobile di Kota Pekalongan. The Effect of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence and Facilitating Conditions in Using QRIS as Digital Payment on Behavioral Intention in BSI Mobile Banking Users in Pekalongan. The development of existing technology is accompanied by the growth of existing financial technology, making it easier for people to meet their needs. The emergence of various innovations in the fintech field has encouraged the development of various payment methods, one of which is the Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a gateway to the integration of QR payment methods by Bank Indonesia. In using QRIS, when someone feels the benefits and convenience, it will cause a tendency to use both now and in the future. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions on the behavioral intention of QRIS users on BSI Mobile in Pekalongan City. This research includes field research with a quantitative approach. The method of collecting data in this study is the questionnaire method. The population in this study were BSI Mobile users in Pekalongan City with a sampling of 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. This study uses descriptive data analysis methods, instrument tests, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression tests with the help of SPSS 23. The results of this study indicate that performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influence have no effect on the behavioral intention of QRIS users on BSI Mobile in Pekalongan City. Meanwhile, facilitating conditions affect the behavioral intention of QRIS users at BSI Mobile in Pekalongan City. Then simultaneously performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions affect the behavioral intention of QRIS users on BSI Mobile in Pekalongan City.
