Abstract

Lingkungan belajar yang baik akan menghasilkan pembelajaran yang baik pula. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan Kepala TPQ, ditemukan beberapa perilaku santri yang tidak mencerminkan sikap disiplin. Beberapa contoh perilaku kurang disiplin yaitu membuang sampah sembarangan, merusak fasilitas TPQ, terlibat dalam perkelahian, mengabaikan tugas, menentang perintah ustadz/ustadzah, mencuri barang teman, menyontek jawaban saat ulangan, sering terlambat, kurang memperhatikan ustadz/ustadzah saat pembelajaran. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini meliputi: (1) Bagaimana lingkungan belajar di TPQ Nurul Ilmi Rusunawa Kuripan Kota Pekalongan? (2) Bagaimana sikap disiplin santri di TPQ Nurul Ilmi Rusunawa Kuripan Kota Pekalongan? (3) Bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap sikap disiplin santri di TPQ Nurul Ilmi Rusunawa Kuripan Kota Pekalongan?. Metode penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis studi lapangan (field research) dimana desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dengan dua variabel. Jumlah populasi yaitu 45 dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh atau exhaustive. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan data bahwa: (1) Lingkungan belajar santri di TPQ Nurul ‘Ilmi Kota Pekalongan masuk kedalam kategori sangat baik. (2) Sikap disiplin santri di TPQ Nurul ‘Ilmi Kota Pekalongan masuk kedalam kategori cukup baik. (3) Hasil dari analisis menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana dengan memperoleh hasil sebesar 0,205. Maka nilai signifikan dari data sebesar 0,205> 0,05 artinya bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh antara variabel X (lingkungan belajar) terhadap Y (kedisplinan santri). Persentase sumbangan pengaruh lingkungan belajar sebesar 42% dengan sisanya 58% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak terdapat pada penelitian ini. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak, yang artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap sikap disiplin santri TPQ Nurul 'Ilmi Rusunawa Kuripan Kota Pekalongan. I Keywords: Learning Environment and Disciplinary Attitude. A good learning environment will produce good learning. Based on the results of observations and interviews with the Head of TPQ, several behaviors of students were found that did not reflect a disciplined attitude. Some examples of undisciplined behavior are littering, damaging TPQ facilities, getting involved in fights, ignoring assignments, defying the orders of the ustadz/ustadzah, stealing friends' belongings, cheating on answers during tests, often being late, not paying attention to the ustadz/ustadzah during learning. The problem formulation in this research includes: (1) What is the learning environment like at TPQ Nurul Ilmi Rusunawa Kuripan, Pekalongan City? (2) What is the disciplinary attitude of the students at the Nurul Ilmi TPQ, Kuripan Rusunawa, Pekalongan City? (3) How does the learning environment influence the disciplinary attitudes of students at the Nurul Ilmi Rusunawa Kuripan TPQ, Pekalongan City? This research method uses a quantitative approach with a field research type where the research design used is a simple linear regression test with two variables. The population is 45 and the sample used in this study is 40 respondents using a saturated or exhaustive sampling technique. The results of this study found data that: (1) The learning environment of students at TPQ Nurul Ilmi Pekalongan City is in the very good category. (2) The disciplinary attitude of students at TPQ Nurul Ilmi Pekalongan City is in the fairly good category. (3) The results of the analysis using a simple linear regression test obtained a result of 0.205. So the significant value of the data is 0.205> 0.05, meaning that there is no influence between variable X (learning environment) on Y (student discipline). The percentage of contribution of the influence of the learning environment is 42% with the remaining 58% influenced by other variables not included in this study. Thus, it can be concluded that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means that there is no significant influence between the influence of the learning environment on the disciplinary attitudes of students at TPQ Nurul 'Ilmi Rusunawa Kuripan, Pekalongan City.
