Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi akad Istishna pada pemesanan teralis perspektif ekonomi Islam di bengkel las Pandawa art, untuk mengetahui apa saja permasalahan yang terjadi pada implementasi jual beli Istishna di bengkel las Pandawa art, untuk mengetahui penyelesaian permasalahan yang terjadi pada implementasi akad Istishna pada pemesanan teralis perspektif ekonomi Islam di bengkel las Pandawa art, untuk mengetahui mekanisme pemesanan teralis di bengkel las Pandawa art apakah sudah sesuai dengan konsep dan teori Istishna. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, teknik pengecekan data menggunakan triangulasi metode dan sumber teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif dengan penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dan analisis menunjukkan bahwa telah ditemukan yang pertama implementasi akad istishna di bengkel las Pandawa art pelaksanaan pemesanan teralis di bengkel tersebut belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan konsep jual beli Istishna hal tersebut disebabkan karena ketidaktahuannya mengenai akad jual beli istishna. Kedua, permasalahan yang muncul adalah tidak adanya pencatatan transaksi, pembatalan sepihak, ketidak sesuaian pesanan, keterlambatan penyerahan dan pembayaran. Ketiga solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut adalah meningkatkan pemahaman akad Istishna, mencatat transaksi, memberlakukan pemotongan uang muka pada pembatalan sepihak,memberikan opsi pada konsumen jika ada kesalahan pemesanan, dan tidak menyerahkan barang sebelum pembayaran lunas. Keempat kesesuaian pelaksanaan pemesanan teralis dengan konsep jua beli istishna jika dilihat dari akadnya yaitu belum sesuai dengan konsep jual beli istishna. Implementation of Istishna Contract in Ordering Trellis: Islamic Economic Perspective at Pandawa Art Welding Workshop This study aims to determine the implementation of Istishna contracts in the ordering of trellises from an Islamic economic perspective at the Pandawa Art welding workshop, to identify the problems that arise in the implementation of Istishna sales at Pandawa Art Welding Workshop, to identify the solutions to the problems that arise in the implementation of the Istishna contract in the ordering of trellises from an Islamic economic perspective at Pandawa Art Welding Workshop, and to determine whether the trellis ordering mechanism at Pandawa Art Welding Workshop is in accordance with the concept and theory of Istishna. This research is a field study using a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data verification techniques use triangulation methods and sources, while data analysis techniques use an interactive model with data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research and analysis indicate that the first implementation of the Istishna contract was found at the Pandawa Art welding workshop. However, the implementation of trellis orders at the workshop was not fully in accordance with the concept of Istishna sales and purchases. This was due to a lack of knowledge about Istishna sales and purchase contracts. Second, the issues that have arisen include the absence of transaction records, unilateral cancellations, order discrepancies, delays in delivery, and payment delays. Third, the solutions to these issues include enhancing understanding of the Istishna contract, maintaining transaction records, implementing a deposit deduction for unilateral cancellations, providing consumers with options in case of order errors, and not delivering goods before full payment is made. Fourth, the implementation of trellis orders aligns with the concept of the Istishna sales contract, but when viewed from the contract itself, it does not yet align with the concept of the Istishna sales contract.
