Abstract

ABSTRAK WINDA LUTHFIA, Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan Syariah, Perencanaan Keuangan, dan Halal Awareness Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kosmetik Pada Generasi Z di Pekalongan Dinamika tren kecantikan di Indonesia dipicu oleh gaya hidup modern dan akses informasi yang mudah, mendorong tingginya permintaan kosmetik, khususnya di kalangan remaja. Namun, beredarnya produk tanpa sertifikasi BPOM mengancam keamanan konsumen. Sebagai negara dengan populasi Muslim terbesar kedua (87,08%), Indonesia menawarkan pasar kosmetik halal yang potensial, didukung pertumbuhan permintaan 5,2% per tahun dan preferensi Generasi Z terhadap produk halal-organik. Di Pekalongan, Generasi Z yang melek teknologi dan memiliki daya beli (20% pengeluaran rumah tangga) menjadi target strategis. Namun, akibat perilaku konsumtif karena rendahnya literasi keuangan syariah, perencanaan keuangan yang kurang baik, serta halal awareness berisiko memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh ketiga faktor tersebut terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik halal Generasi Z di Pekalongan guna memberikan rekomendasi berbasis bukti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online dengan skala Likert 1-5, disebarkan secara purposive sampling kepada 96 responden wanita berusia 14-28 tahun yang pernah membeli kosmetik halal. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan IBM SPSS 27, meliputi uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, serta uji hipotesis untuk mengukur kontribusi variabel independen. Pemilihan lokasi di Pekalongan didasarkan pada karakteristik Generasi Z yang religius dan melek teknologi, dengan rentang waktu penelitian April-Mei 2025 untuk memastikan data yang representatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial literasi keuangan syariah, dan halal awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik halal pada Generasi Z. Sedangkan, perencanaan keuangan syariah berpengaruh signifikan secara negatif. Kemudian, ketiga variabel bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan, dengan halal awareness sebagai faktor dominan dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian kosmetik halal di Pekalongan. Temuan ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa literasi dan pertimbangan agama (syariah dan kehalalan) lebih berpengaruh daripada aspek perencanaan keuangan bagi Generasi Z. . Kata Kunci: Literasi Keuangan Syariah, Perencanaan Keuangan Syariah, Halal Awareness, Keputusan Pembelian  ABSTRACT WINDA LUTHFIA, The Influence of Sharia Financial Literacy, Financial Planning, and Halal Awareness on Cosmetics Purchasing Decisions Among Generation Z in Pekalongan The dynamics of beauty trends in Indonesia are driven by modern lifestyles and easy access to information, resulting in a high demand for cosmetics, particularly among teenagers. However, the circulation of products without BPOM certification poses a threat to consumer safety. As the country with the second-largest Muslim population (87.08%), Indonesia presents a significant opportunity for a halal cosmetics market, driven by a 5.2% annual growth rate and Generation Z's increasing preference for halal-organic products. In Pekalongan, tech-savvy Generation Z with purchasing power (accounting for 20% of household spending) is a strategic target. However, due to consumerist behavior stemming from low Islamic financial literacy, poor financial planning, and halal awareness, these factors risk influencing purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of these three factors on the purchasing decisions of Generation Z for halal cosmetics in Pekalongan, providing evidence-based recommendations. This study utilized an explanatory research method with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through an online questionnaire with a 1-5 Likert scale, distributed to 96 female respondents aged 13-28 years who had purchased halal cosmetics using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS 27, including instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing to measure the contribution of independent variables. The selection of Pekalongan as the location was based on the characteristics of Generation Z, who are both religious and tech-savvy, with the research period set for April and May 2025 to ensure representative data. The results of the analysis indicate that Islamic financial literacy, and halal awareness have a positive and significant effect on Generation Z's decision to purchase halal cosmetics. In contrast, sharia financial planning has a significant negative effect. Simultaneously, all three variables together have a significant effect, with halal awareness being the dominant factor in the decision to purchase halal cosmetics in Pekalongan. These findings confirm that literacy and religious considerations (sharia and halal) are more influential than financial planning aspects for Generation Z.
