Abstract

Perempuan memiliki kodrat untuk mengandung dan melahirkan, namun proses ini sering kali menimbulkan tekanan psikologis yang memicu sindrom baby blues. Gejala seperti kecemasan, kelelahan, dan perubahan emosi pasca persalinan tidak bisa dianggap remeh karena berpotensi berkembang menjadi depresi postpartum. Dukungan dari suami menjadi faktor penting dalam proses pemulihan, baik secara fisik, emosional, maupun spiritual. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Pamutih, Kecamatan Ulujami, Kabupaten Pemalang, dan menemukan bahwa banyak ibu mengalami gejala baby blues meski tidak memahami istilahnya, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran suami dalam mendampingi istri yang mengalami baby blues syndrome berdasarkan pendekatan Maqāşid asy-Syarī'ah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian lapamngan (field research). Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengann metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa peran suami dalam pendampingan istri yang mengalami baby blues syndrome di Desa Pamutih Kecamatan Ulujami Kabupaten Pemalang mencerminkan prinsip-prinsip dalam teori psikologi keluarga, yang mencakup dukungan emosional, dukungan instrumental, dukungan informatif, serta dukungan penilaian dan penghargaan. Keempat bentuk dukungan tersebut membentuk fondasi psikologis yang kuat dalam membantu proses adaptasi istri pasca melahirkan dan mencegah gangguan psikologis yang lebih serius, serta memperkuat struktur keluarga yang kohesif dan resilien. Berdasarkan perspektif Maqāşid asy-Syarī'ah, peran suami dalam pendampingan ini termasuk dalam tingkatan maṣlaḥah ḍarūriyāh karena berkaitan langsung dengan perlindungan terhadap jiwa (ḥifẓ an-nafs) dan akal (ḥifẓ al-‘aql) istri. Selain itu ada aspek ḥifẓ al-dīn melalui bimbingan ibadah, ḥifẓ an-nafs melalui pendampingan emosional dan ekonomi, ḥifẓ al-‘aql melalui arahan rasional dan kesabaran, ḥifẓ al-nasl melalui peran aktif suami dalam pengasuhan, serta ḥifẓ al-māl melalui upaya menjaga stabilitas ekonomi keluarga. Maka, peran suami dalam konteks ini tidak hanya penting dalam membangun ketahanan keluarga secara psikologis, tetapi juga memiliki landasan yang kuat dalam syariat Islam melalui Maqāşid asy-Syarī'ah. Keywords: Baby Blues Syndrome, Maqāşid asy-Syarī'ah, Husband's Role Women are naturally born to conceive and give birth, but this process often causes psychological stress that triggers baby blues syndrome. Symptoms such as anxiety, fatigue, and emotional changes after childbirth cannot be underestimated because they have the potential to develop into postpartum depression. Support from the husband is an important factor in the recovery process, both physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This study was conducted in Pamutih Village, Ulujami District, Pemalang Regency, and found that many mothers experience baby blues symptoms even though they do not understand the term. This study aims to analyze the role of husbands in accompanying wives who experience baby blues syndrome based on the Maqāşid asy-Syarī'ah approach. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a field research type (field research). While the data collection technique in this study was carried out using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of the study found that the role of husbands in accompanying wives who experience baby blues syndrome in Pamutih Village, Ulujami District, Pemalang Regency reflects the principles of family psychology theory, which include emotional support, instrumental support, informative support, and assessment and appreciation support. These four forms of support form a strong psychological foundation in helping the wife's postpartum condition process and preventing more serious psychological disorders, as well as strengthening a cohesive and resilient family structure. Based on the perspective of Maqāşid asy-Syarī'ah, the husband's role in this assistance is included in the level of maṣlaḥah ḍarūriyāh because it is directly related to the protection of the wife's soul (ḥifẓ al-nafs) and mind (ḥifẓ al-‘aql). In addition, there are aspects of ḥifẓ al-dīn through guidance on worship, ḥifẓ an-nafs through emotional and economic assistance, ḥifẓ al-‘aql through rational direction and patience, ḥifẓ al-nasl through the husband's active role in parenting, and ḥifẓ al-māl through efforts to maintain the family's economic stability. So, the husband's role in this context is not only important in building psychological family resilience, but also has a strong foundation in Islamic law through Maqāşid asy-Syarī'ah.
