Abstract
Dalam lembaga sekolah, siswa yang berprestasi tidak lepas dari peran guru yang aktif dalam berkomunikasi dengan siswanya. Ketika aspek kognitif siswa di nilai bagus, maka diharapkan siswa bisa menerapkan apa yang sudah dipelajarinya dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya. Dalam dunia pendidikan dengan motivasi, siswa akan menjadi bersemangat dalam hal belajar maupun dalam hal beribadah karena ada dorongan yang membuatnya semangat untuk beribadah. Motivasi tentunya dapat dikaitkan dengan komunikasi, karena dengan komunikasi terjadilah sebuah proses dimana seseorang ingin menyampaikan sebuah pesan untuk menumbuhkan suatu motivasi. Rumusan permasalahan penelitian ini adalah: Apakah komunikasi guru dengan siswa berpengaruh terhadap motivasi beribadah siswa SD Muhammadiyah Paesan Kedungwuni Pekalongan? Apakah prestasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam berpengaruh terhadap motivasi beribadah siswa SD Muhammadiyah Paesan Kedungwuni Pekalongan? Apakah komunikasi guru dengan siswa dan prestasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam berpengaruh terhadap motivasi beribadah siswa SD muhammadiyah Paesan Kedungwuni Pekalongan? Tujuan penelitian adalah: Untuk menganalisis komunikasi guru dengan siswa berpengaruh terhadap motivasi beribadah siswa SD Muhammadiyah Paesan Kedungwuni Pekalongan. Untuk menganalisis prestasi belajar PAI berpengaruh terhadap motivasi beribadah siswa SD Muhammadiyah Paesan Kedungwuni Pekalongan. Untuk menganalisis komunikasi guru dengan siswa dan prestasi belajar PAI berpengaruh terhadap motivasi beribadah siswa SD Muhammadiyah Paesan Kedungwuni Pekalongan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi guru dengan siswa dan prestasi belajar PAI turut mempengaruhi motivasi beribadah pada individu baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil analisis pengaruh komunikasi guru dengan siswa terhadap motivasi beribadah siswa menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan. Dimana thitung sebesar 4,479 sedangkan ttabel sebesar 2,01954 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Maka thitung (4,479) > ttabel (2,01954) sehingga Ho ditolak, Hα diterima. Hasil analisis pengaruh prestasi belajar PAI terhadap motivasi beribadah siswa menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan. Dimana thitung sebesar 2,641, sedangkan ttabel sebesar 2,01954 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Maka thitung (2,641) > ttabel (2,01954) sehingga Ho ditolak, Hα diterima. Kemudian, Hasil analisis pengaruh pengaruh komunikasi guru dengan siswa danprestasi belajar PAI terhadap motivasi beribadah siswa menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengaruh komunikasi guru dengan siswa dan prestasi belajar PAI terhadap motivasi beribadah siswa SD Muhammadiyah Paesan Kedungwuni Pekalongan. Dimana Fhitung ialah 12,153, sedangkan Ftabel ialah 3,23. Pada tingkat signifikan 5% nilai Fhitung 12,153 > Ftabel 3,23, sehingga Ho ditolak, Hα diterima. The formulation of the problem of this research is: Does the teacher's communication with students affect the motivation of students of elementary school Muhammadiyah Paesan Kedungwuni Pekalongan? Does Islamic religious education learning achievement affect the motivation to worship students of Muhammadiyah Elementary School Paesan Kedungwuni Pekalongan? Does teacher communication with students and Islamic religious education learning achievement affect the motivation of students of Muhammadiyah elementary school Paesan Kedungwuni Pekalongan? The research objectives are: To analyze teacher and student communication influences the motivation to worship students of Muhammadiyah Elementary School Paesan Kedungwuni Pekalongan. To analyze PAI's learning achievement, it has an effect on the motivation to worship students of Muhammadiyah Elementary School Paesan Kedungwuni Pekalongan. To analyze the teacher's communication with students and PAI's learning achievement has an effect on the motivation to worship students of Muhammadiyah Elementary School Paesan Kedungwuni Pekalongan. The results showed that teacher communication with students and PAI learning achievement also influenced motivation to worship individuals both partially and simultaneously. The results of the analysis of the effect of teacher and student communication on student motivation shows a significant effect. Where Fhitung is 12,153, while Ftabel is 3.23. At a significant level of 5% the value of Fhitung 12.153 > Ftabel 3.23, so that Ho is rejected, Hα is accepted.
