Abstract

Pentingnya kepatuhan siswa terhadap tata tertib sekolah menjadi salah satu faktor pendukung terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Namun, dalam praktiknya masih ditemukan berbagai bentuk pelanggaran tata tertib yang dilakukan oleh siswa. Kondisi tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa kepatuhan siswa belum sepenuhnya terinternalisasi sebagai kesadaran pribadi sehingga diperlukan upaya pembinaan yang mampu menyentuh aspek kognitif maupun afektif siswa melalui bimbingan klasikal yang dilakukan di SMK Gatra Praja pekalongan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana kondisi kepatuhan siswa terhadap tata tertib di SMK Gatra Praja Pekalongan, dan bagaimana pelaksanaan bimbingan klasikal untuk membentuk kepatuhan terhadap tata tertib di SMK Gatra Praja Pekalongan. Tujuan penelitian Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan bimbingan klasikal untuk membentuk kepatuhan terhadap tata tertib di SMK Gatra Praja pekalongan. Jenis penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Menggunakan teknik analisis data menurut teori Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan siswa terhadap tata tertib pada aspek manajemen waktu, etika, dan cara berpakaian masih berada pada tahap kepatuhan formalitas (eksternal), di mana siswa cenderung mematuhi aturan ketika berada dalam pengawasan langsung. Bentuk pelanggaran yang dominan meliputi keterlambatan datang ke sekolah, membolos pada jam pelajaran, penggunaan bahasa yang kurang sopan antar teman sebaya, serta penyalahgunaan telepon genggam saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Adapun pelaksanaan bimbingan klasikal dilakukan secara sistematis melalui tahapan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, monitoring, dan tindak lanjut. Salah satu temuan penting dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan metode Eco Art Therapy dalam Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD). Metode tersebut memberikan ruang bagi siswa untuk mengekspresikan perasaan dan merefleksikan perilaku mereka melalui media benda-benda alam sehingga mampu menyentuh aspek afektif. The importance of student compliance with school rules and regulations serves as a supporting factor in creating a conducive learning environment. However, in practice, various forms of disciplinary violations committed by students are still encountered. This condition indicates that student compliance has not been fully internalized as a personal awareness, thereby necessitating coaching efforts capable of touching both the cognitive and affective aspects of students through classroom guidance conducted at SMK Gatra Praja Pekalongan. The research problems in this study are: How is the condition of student compliance with school rules and regulations at SMK Gatra Praja Pekalongan, and how is the implementation of classroom guidance to shape compliance with school rules and regulations at SMK Gatra Praja Pekalongan. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of classroom guidance in shaping compliance with school rules and regulations at SMK Gatra Praja Pekalongan. This study is a field research utilizing a qualitative approach with a case study design. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique followed Miles and Huberman's theory, which includes data condensation, data display, as well as conclusion drawing and verification. The results showed that student compliance with school rules and regulations in terms of time management, ethics, and dress codes is still at the stage of formal (external) compliance, where students tend to obey the rules only under direct supervision. The dominant forms of violations include arriving late to school, truancy during class hours, the use of inappropriate language among peers, and the misuse of mobile phones during the learning process. Meanwhile, the implementation of classroom guidance is carried out systematically through the stages of planning, organizing, executing, monitoring, and follow-up. One of the significant findings in this study is the application of the Eco Art Therapy method within the Student Worksheets (LKPD). This method provides a space for students to express their feelings and reflect on their behavior through natural media, thereby effectively engaging their affective aspects.
