Abstract
ABSTRAK IKA AJENG LUTFIYANTI. Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Studi Konsumen Muslim Toko Medya Cosmetics Kecamatan Ulujami Kabupaten Pemalang). Kualitas produk dan harga adalah dua faktor utama yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen di berbagai industri. Kualitas produk mencerminkan kemampuan produk memenuhi ekspektasi konsumen, sementara harga menjadi faktor kunci dalam mengukur nilai relatif suatu produk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menginvestigasi pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Muslim di toko Medya Cosmetics. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang telah diuji valid dan reliabel dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 97 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling dengan rumus Wibisono. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, uji t, uji F, dan Analisis Koefisien Determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS 27. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas produk (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) toko Medya Cosmetics. Harga (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) Medya Cosmetics. Dan secara bersama-sama, kualitas produk (X1) dan harga (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) toko Medya Cosmetics. The Influence of Product Quality and Price on Purchasing Decisions (Study of Muslim Consumers of Medya Cosmetics Stores, Ulujami District, Pemalang Regency). Product quality and price are two main factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions in various industries. Product quality reflects the product's ability to meet consumer expectations, while price is a key factor in measuring the relative value of a product. The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of product quality and price on Muslim consumers' purchasing decisions at Medya Cosmetics stores. This research is a type of quantitative research. The data collection method in this research is a questionnaire that has been tested as valid and reliable using a sample of 97 respondents. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling with the Wibisono formula. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t test, F test, and Coefficient of Determination Analysis with the help of SPSS 27. The results of this research show that product quality (X1) partially has a positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y) for Medya Cosmetics stores. Price (X2) has a positive effect on the purchasing decision (Y) of Medya Cosmetics. And together, product quality (X1) and price (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision (Y) of the Medya Cosmetics store.
