Abstract

Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler merupakan salah satu usaha atau proses yang dilaksanakan untuk mengembangkan berbagai potensi siswa melalui kegiatan-kegiatan khusus yang pelaksanaannya di luar jam pelajaran. Sedangkan urgensi dari kegiatan ekstrakurikuler ini salah satunya dapat menanamkan akhlak karimah bagi para siswa yang ikut tergabung di dalamnya. Dengan adanya kegiatan ekstrakurikuler diharapkan mampu memberikan sumbangsih dalam rangka menanamkan akhlak karimah, sehingga dapat mengatasi problematika akhlak generasi muda yang sedang melanda bangsa Indonesia secara menyeluruh baik di desa maupun di kota-kota metropolitan. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, pertama¸ Bagaimana akhlak karimah peserta didik yang ditanamkan melalui ekstrakurikuler di MTs Gondang Wonopringgo ?. kedua¸ Bagaimana implementasi ektrakurikuler dalam menanamkan akhlak karimah di MTs Gondang Wonopringgo ?. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kritis kebijakan terhadap kegiatan ektrakurikuler dan implementasi kegiatan ektrakurikuler yang dapat menanamkan akhlak karimah di MTs Gondang Wonopringgo. Sedangkan kegunaan penelitian ini secara teoritis yaitu memberikan informasi secara ilmiah tentang kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang dapat menanamkan akhlak karimah. Dan kegunaan praktisnya bagi pemerhati pendidikan sebagai pedoman mengambil kebijakan dan implementasi tentang kegiatan ektrakurikuler dalam menanamkan akhlak karimah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dan teknik analisis datanya dengan teknik deskriptif analisis kritis. Dari penelitian ini akan diperoleh suatu data deskriptif yang menggambarkan suatu karakteristik mengenai bidang akhlak karimah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan terhadap jenis kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam menanamkan akhlak karimah yakni ekstrakurikuler wajib adalah kepramukaan, sedangkan ekstrakurikuler pilihan meliputi PMR, PKS, BTQ, qira’atul qur’an, tilawah, simthut durar, program bahasa, drumband, paduan suara, taekwondo, bola volly, dan bola basket. Sedangkan implementasinya meliputi tujuan kegiatan ekstra adalah berprilaku sopan dan santun, berbudi luhur dan berakhlak karimah, mendekatkan diri kepada Allah SWT. Dan materi kegiatan ini yaitu sopan santun, bertanggung jawab, kebersihan, kerapihan, kedisiplinan, kejujuran, ketaatan, kearifan, sikap menghargai orang lain, sikap menghormati, menjaga adab dan kesucian diri, sikap rendah hati, sikap toleransi, sikap solidaritas, sikap tolong menolong dan sikap soiritual agamanya. Kemudian metode yang dipakai antara lain; metode demonstrasi, metode ceramah, metode keteladanan, metode latihan, metode drill, metode pembiasaan, metode sparing partner, dan metode praktik. Adapun peran pembina antara lain; pembina harus selalu hadir, pembina harus bertanggungjawab, membimbing dan menjadi fasilitator, serta penasihat yang menjadi figur panutan bagi peserta kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Kemudian proses kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yakni mengumpulkan dan mengarahkan para peserta kegiatan ekstrakurikuler terhadap materi tentang akhlak karimah yang harus dilaksanakan dalam setiap kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Sedangkan media yang digunakan antara lain; lapangan olah raga, alat rebana, buku pedoman materi kepramukaan, dan al-qur’anul karim. Adapun bentuk evaluasinya adalah tes tertulis, tes lisan, kuis, game, dan praktik serta diskusi mandiri dan kelompok. Sedangkan teknik evaluasinya yaitu tanya jawab, pemberian soal-soal. Extracurricular activities are one of the efforts or processes carried out to develop various potential students through specific activities which are carried out outside of class hours. While the urgency of this extracurricular activity can one of them develop a noble character for students who are included in it. The existence of extracurricular activities is expected to be able to contribute in order to cultivate good morals, so as to overcome the moral problems of the young generation that are sweeping the Indonesian nation as a whole both in the villages and in metropolitan cities. The problem in this research is, firstly, How is the policy for extracurricular activities that can foster akhlak karimah in MTs Gondang Wonopringgo? second¸ How is the implementation of extracurricular activities in growing the akhlak karimah in MTs Gondang Wonopringgo ?. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the critical policies on extracurricular activities and the implementation of extracurricular activities that can grow akhlak karimah in MTs Gondang Wonopringgo. While the usefulness of this research theoretically is to provide scientific information about extracurricular activities that can foster akhlak karimah. And its practical use for education observers as a guideline to take policies and implementation of extracurricular activities in fostering akhlak karimah. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research (field research). While the data collection technique is by interview, observation, and documentation. And data analysis techniques with critical analysis descriptive techniques. From this research, a descriptive data will be obtained which describes a characteristic about the field of akhlak karimah. The results of this study indicate that the policy for extracurricular activities in cultivating akhlak karimah namely compulsory extracurricular is scouting, while extracurricular choices include PMR, PKS, BTQ, qira'atul qur'an, recitations, simthut durar, language programs, drumband, choir, taekwondo, volleyball and basketball. While the implementation includes the purpose of extra activities is to behave politely and politely, be virtuous and have good character, draw closer to Allah SWT. And the material of this activity is courtesy, responsibility, cleanliness, neatness, discipline, honesty, obedience, wisdom, respect for others, attitude of respect, guarding adab and self-purity, humility, tolerance, solidarity, helping attitude and his religious spiritual attitude. Then the method used includes; demonstration method, lecture method, exemplary method, training method, drill method, habituation method, sparing partner method, and practice method. The role of the coach is among others; the coach must always be present, the coach must be responsible, guide and become a facilitator, as well as an advisor who becomes a role model for extracurricular activities. Then the extracurricular activity process is to collect and direct the extracurricular activities to the material on the noble character that must be carried out in every extracurricular activity. While the media used is among others; sports fields, tambourine tools, scouting material manuals, and karim al-qur'an. The forms of evaluation are written tests, oral tests, quizzes, games, and practices and independent and group discussions. While the evaluation technique is question and answer, giving questions.
