Abstract
ABSTRAK RISKA ALINDA. PENGARUH KELENGKAPAN PRODUK, DISPLAY PRODUK, KUALITAS PRODUK, KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN PERSONAL SELLING TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN PADA TOKO RETAIL (STUDI KASUS PELANGGAN TOKO YUMI MART TIRTO PEKALONGAN ) Industri retail saat ini sangat diminati oleh banyak orang, terbukti dengan semakin banyaknya perusahaan lokal yang membuka toko retail di Indonesia. Merek-merek terkenal tersebut antara lain Alfamart dan Indomaret. Salah satu perusahaan internasional negara yang terkenal yaitu Circle K. selain itu ada banyak perusahaan - perusahaan yang sukses dan berkembang saat ini di Indonesia. Mengambil keputusan bisnis ini juga karena hasil dari tingkat konsumsi masyarakat Indonesia yang tinggi dan meningkat setiap waktunya, yang memberikan peluang besar bagi para pengecer untuk memperluas bisnis mereka ke sektor retail Industri retail saat ini sangat diminati oleh banyak orang, terbukti dengan semakin banyaknya perusahaan lokal yang membuka toko retail di Indonesia. Merek-merek terkenal tersebut antara lain Alfamart dan Indomaret. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelegkapan produk, display produk, kualitas produk, kualitas layanan dan personal selling terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebanyak 96 pelanggan di Yumi Mart Tirto Pekalongan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Anggota sampel dipilih secara acak dari suatu populasi Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder, adapun data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah variabel kelengkapan produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan, Display Produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kualitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan personal selling berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. The retail industry is currently very popular with many people, as evidenced by the increasing number of local companies that opened a retail store in Indonesia. This research aims to determine the influence of product completeness, product display, product quality, service quality and personal selling on customer loyalty of 96 customers at Yumi Mart Tirto Pekalongan using a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. Sample members were selected randomly from a population. This research includes quantitative approach research. Data sources were obtained from primary data and secondary data, while the data in this research was obtained from questionnaires. The research results obtained are that the product completeness variable has a significant effect on customer loyalty, product display has no significant effect on customer loyalty, product quality has no effect on customer loyalty, service quality has an effect on customer loyalty and personal selling has an effect on customer loyalty.
