Abstract
ABSTRAK AGNES WIDIANA. Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian ( Studi Kasus: Omah Jahit T-mah Modist di Pekalongan ) Industri jasa jahit pakaian termasuk dalam sektor usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM), sektor ini memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang, terutama bagi individu yang memiliki keterampilan serta pengalaman di bidang tersebut. Omah Jahit T-mah Modist merupakan usaha jasa jahit yang berlokasi di Pekalongan, usaha Ini dikenal karena hasil jahitannya rapi, ukuran yang presisi, serta pelayanan yang ramah dan komunikatif. Keunggulan ini membuat pelanggan memutuskan untuk menggunakan jasa tersebut meskipun harga yang ditawarkan relatif lebih tinggi dibandingkan pesaing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel kualitas produk, harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Studi Kasus Omah Jahit T-mah Modist di Pekalongan). Jenis penelitian menggunakan field research atau penelitian lapangan dengan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer. Populasi penelitian mencakup pelanggan Omah Jahi T-mah Modist di Pekalongan, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Data diperoleh dari sumber primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan Google Form. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda yang diolah dengan bantuan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS Statistic versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial (uji t) variabel kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan variabel harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan pengujian secara simultan (uji F) menyatakan bahwa ketiga variabel kualitats produk, harga, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. The Influence of Product Quality, Price, and Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions (Case Study: Omah Jahit T-mah Modist in Pekalongan) The clothing sewing service industry falls within the micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) sector. This sector has significant growth potential, especially for individuals with skills and experience in this field. Omah Jahit T-mah Modist is a sewing service business located in Pekalongan. It is known for its neat stitching, precise measurements, and friendly and communicative service. These advantages encourage customers to use the service even though the prices offered are relatively higher than those of competitors. This study aims to determine the influence of product quality, price, and service quality on purchasing decisions (Case Study: Omah Jahit T-mah Modist in Pekalongan). This study used field research with a quantitative approach. The data sources used in this study were primary data. The study population included customers of Omah Jahit T-mah Modist in Pekalongan, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data were obtained from primary sources through a questionnaire distributed using Google Forms.Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 software. The results showed that, partially (t-test), product quality and service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while price had no significant effect. Simultaneous testing (F-test) indicated that all three variables—product quality, price, and service quality—had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
