Abstract
Tujuan dilakukanya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh transformasi digital, kompetensi karyawan, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan dengan jenis penelitian lapa jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian lapangan atau (field research) dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada karyawan KSPPS BMT Bina Umat Mandiri Tegal dengan sampel sebanyak 75 responden. Dan data sekunder yang diambil dari data perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda, dengan bantuan IBM SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda Y= 7,593+0,117+0,186+0,235. Hasil uji t hitung menunjukkan bahwa variabel transformasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompetensi karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital, kompetensi karyaw an, dan budaya organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pada uji koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,711 dapat diartikan bahwa kontribusi variabel independen mampu menjelaskan variabel dependen sebesar 71,1% dan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dieskplorasi oleh peneliti. The Effect of Digital Transformation, Employee Competence, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance KSPPS BMT Bina Umat Mandiri Tegal. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of digital transformation, employee competence, and organizational culture on employee performance. The type of research used is field research or (field research) with a quantitative research approach. The data source used in this research is primary data by giving questionnaires to employees of KSPPS BMT Bina Umat Mandiri Tegal with a sample of 75 respondents. And secondary data taken from Company data. The sampling technique used saturated sample technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, with the help of IBM SPSS 25. The results showed that the multiple linear regression equation Y= 7,593+0,117+0,186+0,235 was obtained. The t test results show that the digital transformation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, employee competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The F test shows that digital transformation, employee competence, and organizational culture simultaneously affect employee performance. In the coefficient of determination (R2) test of 0.711, it can be interpreted that the contribution of the independent variable is able to explain the dependent variable by 71,1% and the rest is influenced by other variables not explored by the researcher.
