Abstract

ABSTRAK ROIHATUL JANAH. Analisis Pengaruh Rasio Profitabilitas, Rasio Solvabilitas, Dan Rasio Likuiditas Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Properti Dan Real Estate Yang Terdaftar Di Jakarta Islamic Index 70 (JII70) Periode 2020-2022 Kinerja keuangan yaitu usaha resmi yang sudah dilaksanakan oleh perusahaan yang bisa menilai keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dalam mendatangkan hasil keuntungan, sehingga bisa mengetahui pertumbuhan, prospek, serta daya perkembangan baik perusahaan dengan kemampuan sumber daya yang ada. Kinerja keuangan dapat diukur salah satunya dengan menggunakan pertumbuhan laba. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh rasio profitabilitas yang diukur dengan return on asset (ROA), rasio solvabilitas yang diukur dengan debt to equity ratio (DER), dan rasio likuiditas yang diukur dengan current ratio (CR) terhadap kinerja keuangan yang diukur dengan pertumbuhan laba pada Perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di JII70 periode 2020-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengambilan data dengan teknik documenter data sekunder, berupa data laporan keuangan triwulan dari perusahaan properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di JII70 tahun 2020-2022, dan didapat 48 sampel. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi data panel yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Return On Asset (ROA) dan Debt To Equity (DER) dapat berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap pertumbuhan laba, Current Ratio (CR) tidak berpengaruh dan bernilai negatif terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa Return On Asset (ROA), Debt To Equity (DER), dan Current Ratio (CR) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba. One way to measure financial performance is by using profit growth. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of profitability ratios as measured by return on assets (ROA), solvency ratios as measured by debt to equity ratio (DER), and liquidity ratios as measured by current ratio (CR) on measured financial performance. with profit growth in Property and Real Estate Companies registered on JII70 for the 2020-2022 period. This research uses a descriptive quantitative research approach. Sampling was taken using purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used secondary data documentary techniques, in the form of quarterly financial report data from property and real estate companies registered in JII70 for 2020-2022, and 48 samples were obtained. The data analysis technique uses panel data regression analysis techniques which are analyzed using the Eviews 10 application. The research results show that Return On Assets (ROA) and Debt To Equity (DER) can have a significant and positive effect on profit growth, Current Ratio (CR) has no effect and has a negative value on Profit Growth. Apart from that, the research results also show that Return On Assets (ROA), Debt To Equity (DER), and Current Ratio (CR) simultaneously influence Profit Growth.
